- To adminster the shift manpower of the block.
- To ensure completion of monthly production targets.
- To lead shift production operations of a block.
- To ensure ESHA compliance in shifts.
- To adminster the shift manpower of the block.
- To implement new product mapping and coodrinate with R&D with process related issues.
- Ensure good house keeping and good documentation practices.
