- Technical & Process Knowledge
1. Plant Operation Monitoring
- End-to-end knowledge of sewage treatment processes: screening, aeration, clarification, sludge handling, etc.
2. Control of Equipment
- Pumps, blowers, mixers, valves, dosing systems, dewatering units, etc.
3. SCADA / PLC System Understanding
- Monitoring and controlling the plant via SCADA/HMI (if available).
4. Process Parameter Management
- Regular checking and adjustment of parameters like pH, DO, MLSS, flow rates, etc.
