Job Description :
Shift Incharge :
- Educational Qualifications Relevant Experience Skills Tracking/monitoring progress against key KPIs and reporting to the senior leadership of the client team Knowledge and understanding of SOPs, Capable of identifying needs of new SOPs getting them prepared.
- Ensure Protection & interlocks are in service, any deviation must be recorded and approval taken from competent authority Demonstrated experience working with individuals at all levels of the organization to achieve operational results and positive union relations Handle abnormal conditions in the filed and manage crisis situation skillfully
- Understand overall plant operation - BTG, offsites, O&M practices Desired Qualifications/Traits Graduate Engineer with BOE/NPTI. 10 to 12 Yrs of Experience in Power Plant operations with (CFBC) type boilers as well as pulverized fuel of capacity >250MW (for PF Boilers), >125 MW for (CFBC Boilers).
- Hands-on understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, safe uses, repair, and maintenance Good crisis management and administrative ability Shift manpower planning and should have keen interest in devolvement of the crew members for higher responsibilities Proficient in the planning of consumables spare parts (nut, bolts, flanges, etc.)/ Consumable like H2, CO2 gas, to ensure availability at all the times Documenting progress report, safety report, and other O&M reports in SAP system and offline Ensure regular and adequate entry in CR & Local LOG books Shift Charge Engineer- Meenakshi Energy Ltd
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables :
- Responsible for overall Operations & Maintenance activities of the Plant,to ensure safe, effective and efficient operation Planning and coordinating preventive shutdown and predictive maintenance activities
