Education: BTech /Diploma
Salary : CTC - 33500/month; Gross - 29500/Month
1) Setting and tracking maintenance KPIs of all streams i.e. Electrical, mechanical, Instrumentation
2) 100% Planned Compliance of execute preventive, predictive, or any other preferred maintenance.
3) Maintain records of all Maintenance & Calibration activities
4) Adherence of all safety standards, compliances & demonstrate high standards on shopfloor.
5) Responsible for ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
6) Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures
7) Shift report preparation & circulation.
8) Attend all the breakdown and ensure maintenance without disruption.
9) Close coordination with process teams for change over & maintenance jobs.
10) Adhering to shift change over & handover procedures.
11) Providing inputs & data for analysis of various breakdowns repairs.
12) Ensure that work is executed on highest quality standards & hygiene is maintained.
13) Ensure smooth handover of equipment to process dept. Post shutdown/breakdown/PM
14) Planning, execution & supervision of shutdown jobs in coordination with other vendors.
15) Maintaining & upkeeping of critical spares in tool room/mechanical store
16) Running hour & set point monitoring of utility equipment in conjunction with Production.
