Shift Supervisor - Production - Battery/Lead Anode (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- To ensure weekly/monthly & production quality schedule as per plans & monitor shift-wise production and provide feedback to the plant head on daily basis.
- The candidate must Have experience in Smelting & Refining.
- To ensure the smooth running of plant, coordinate effectively with the maintenance department for any break-down, utility, services, etc.
- To ensure a safe process going on in the plant, also monitor and maintain all process parameters like standard operating process.
- Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required quality by effective utilization of man, equipment and materials
- To ensure proper controls supervisions of following areas in the plant:
- Safety of plant machinery and people in shift .
- Enforce discipline with proper housekeeping and work culture.
- Handling the documentation of the ISO running process.
