Shift Supervisor - Production - Metal (5-7 yrs)

Job Purpose :

- To execute the prod. Works assigned by in charge.

Responsibilities :

- Carry out works in shift as per work instructions & to achieve shift production targets & recovery.

- Supervision of manpower in the shift by proper planning and get output from workmen by continuous monitoring at different production stages.

- Fill the log sheet and other ISO documents in the shift.

- Follow instructions of HOD and responsible to follow the planning sequence.

- Maintain the good health of machinery and report and get it done from maintenance team.

- Reduce operational delay like tool changing, die changing and other delays.

- Inspect and correct the operation in the shift.

- Handle the manpower of own shift & report to HOD if any dispute not solved by him.

Requisite Skills :

- Minimum Experience : 5 to 7 years in same industry or process industry. Would be required to work in shifts.

- Graduate / Technical qualification must required.

- Candidate with good knowledge of computer

- Action oriented, self-starter with a sense of integrity committed to actively contributing to individual and team growth.

Desired Skills :

- Knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices and procedures

- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills including strong technical writing and oral presentation skills required

- Demonstrated ability to work under general supervision both independently and as a member.

Education : B.Sc
