Job Description :
- To ensure availability of required resources in line to carryout production activity
- To monitor line wise performance parameter viz Shift output, Quality and FTY
- To deploy and monitor improvements in processes to reduce IFR and outgoing rejection as per set annual goals
- To Monitor process parameter and publish MIS periodically
- To encourage people involvement in improvement through Kaizen, Quality Circle, 5S
- To monitor and ensure data accuracy in EBIZ viz: Stock accuracy of WIP
- To maintain shop floor discipline and build result oriented team
