We are hiring for one of the leading Company in the Fire & Safety Industrial Sector:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Experienced with machine shop practice & equipment, strong mechanical aptitude with good communication skill.

- An uncanny ability to read, interpret complex mechanical drawings&understand Specs Clearly.

- Deep knowledge of manufacturing process, implementation of surface finish standard and operation sequence plan.

- Will be responsible for targeted production.

- Ability to work well with others and motivate the workforce is a must.

- The Candidate should be having experience in Machinery Manufacturing Company preferably in non-ferrous equipment.

- He will be taking care of Machine Shop department.

- He must have knowledge of all modern machines and tools,and also additionally will be taking care of machine planning, machine scheduling etc.

- MUST be technically sound and Hands- ON with all aspects of Tool Room working.

- Manage organization, safety and maintenance of the machine shop.

- Reduce set up time and machining time through process improvements.

- Maintain all machine shop repair and maintenance records.

- Inspect completed work for conformance to specification using tools such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, rulers etc.

- CNC/VMC/HMC programming and operating knowledge is a, MUST.

- He should be able to train the new CNC/VMC operators.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university.

- He should have minimum of 10 years related experience.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

- Ability to effectively present information and respond.
