Job Summary:

The Shop Floor Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day production activities at our Pune factory. The role requires effective supervision of shop floor operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily shop floor operations

- Ensure achievement of production targets

- Monitor quality standards and reduce rejection rates

- Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S practices

- Coordinate with Maintenance to reduce machine downtime

- Optimize manpower utilization and productivity

- Control material wastage and improve efficiency

- Prepare daily production and MIS reports

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Good knowledge of shop floor operations

- Understanding of safety and quality standards

- Problem-solving ability

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)

- Languages Known: Hindi/ Marathi, Basic English

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (preferred)

- 5- 10 years of shop floor experience in any industry

- Team handling experience preferred

- Retired or experienced candidates are welcome to apply

- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Bhosari, Pune
