- Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with a passion for optimizing wind farm projects? We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Wind Farm Civil Optimization Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing project efficiency by aligning civil works with assembly strategies, ensuring a seamless and efficient execution process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth studies of crane operations within wind farms.
- Review and optimize preliminary layouts and assembly strategies.
- Provide valuable commercial and pre-sales support, including external note generation.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain efficiency during project execution.
- Analyze client feedback and incorporate it into project designs.
Qualifications :
- B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with Auto-cad proficiency.
- 10 - 14 years of relevant experience in the wind farm industry.
- Prior experience with Wind Turbine Crane Platforms is essential.
Scope :
- Your primary objective will be to conduct detailed reviews of civil works within wind farms, ensuring alignment with assembly strategies. You'll verify that the civil works design complies with SGRE's requirements, both economically and in terms of planning.
Methodology :
- Review available information for each wind farm project.
- Analyze wind farm site data, including topographical constraints and obstacles.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to assess real-world conditions.
- Collaborate with clients to address environmental, landowner, and economic restrictions.
- Develop optimized layouts and road designs based on assembly strategies.
- Engage in client meetings to present civil works and assembly strategies.
