Singhania Tableting - Production Engineer (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for a Production Engineer who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Mechanical Manufacturing process to ensure it is efficient, quality product and cost effective.
Key Responsibilities :
1.) Planning and Scheduling production in Machining set up
2.) In-process quality check at every Manufacturing stage like Milling, Grinding, Turning
3.) Job allotment as per machine availability and job priority
4.) Monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Skills & Software Knowledge :
1.) 4+ years of proven experience as a production engineer
2.) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
3.) Understanding of Mechanical Manufacturing processes like Milling, Grinding and Turning operations
4.) Proficient in Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Vernier Caliper
5.) Hands on experience of VMC, CNC, Grinding Machines
