Site Engineer (4-7 yrs)

Responsible for Installing, checking, trouble shooting, repairing and Periodical servicing of ARTS and ensures for effective performance and with utmost customer satisfaction at the Site. Also responsible for supervising and managing Service Engineers and Technicians.

Reports to: AVP - Corporate Affairs & BD

In the absence of AVP - Corporate Affairs & BD directions from Managing-Director

Direct Reports : Service Engineers and Technicians

Internal Coordination: All the Operational Departments

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Installation preparedness & site readiness

- Responsible for coordinating in completing Site inspection by the Airport Authorities

- Responsible for organizing the required team at site and establishing the site setup

- Responsible for preparing Installation documents and checklists at site

- Responsible to act as a custodian for the tools available at the site

- Responsible for executing the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) report and review the same with the customer during handing over

- Responsible to train customers as per the training materials

- Responsible to handover the required Spare parts to customer with proper documentation

- Responsible for Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

- Responsible for responding to breakdowns.

- Responsible for diagnosing faults.

- Responsible for repairing equipment.

- Responsible for supervising service engineering and technical staff.

- Responsible for obtaining required components, fixtures or fittings.

- Responsible managing budgets.

- Responsible for maintaining statistical and financial records.

- Responsible for submission MIS on time
