QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE : Quality Control and Assurance are integral aspects of ensuring that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations.

BUDGET, TEAM, TIME AND RISK MANAGEMENT : Efficient Budget Management involves the planning, allocation, and control of financial resources for a project, Team management involves assembling, organizing, and leading a group of individuals to work collaboratively toward common project objectives, Time Management in a project context entails creating schedules, defining timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed within specified deadlines. Risk Management is the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks that could impact a project.

CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION : Engaging with clients and stakeholders requires understanding their expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns promptly. Regular and timely updates are crucial to keeping clients and stakeholders informed about projects.
