Site Engineer - AutoCAD (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
- Liaise with the clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
- Responsible for the technical aspects of an infrastructure project, including examining design plans and ensuring they are followed correctly.
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others); carry out technical and feasibility studies.
- Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.
- Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
- Ensure equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals, etc.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- License of professional engineer will be an added advantage.
