Site Engineer - Construction Firm (3-4 yrs)
Site Execution :
- Oversee the execution of construction projects from the initial planning stages to project completion.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including civil work, structural work, and interior finishes.
Residential Projects :
- Manage and monitor residential construction projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Resolve construction-related issues to maintain project progress and quality.
Layout Management :
- Plan and manage the layout of construction sites, including earthworks, utilities, and access roads.
- Ensure compliance with layout design and specifications.
- Coordinate with surveyors and designers to make necessary adjustments.
Quality Control :
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure workmanship and materials meet industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and address quality issues.
Safety and Compliance :
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Address and report any safety violations or incidents promptly.
Documentation :
