Site Engineer - Construction Firm (3-5 yrs)
Qualification : BE Civil
Experience : 2 to 5 years
- Should have good knowledge of RCC buildings (high rises) and finish with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Should be able to execute works from start to finish.
- Should have good knowledge of bar bending schedule/Shuttering.
- Should plan the activities in advance.
- Should be efficient at using & managing resources.
- Should deal with contracts/subcontractors/consultants
- Should be able to report the progress & status to seniors as & when required.
- Should have good knowledge of drawing and reading.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
