- Must have experience as a Site Engineer in the Industrial Construction industry
Responsibility :
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, collaborating with project managers and contractors to achieve project milestones
Bill Making :
- Accurately prepare bills based on square footage (SFT) or item rates, ensuring all relevant details are included.
- Maintain detailed records of materials, labor, and equipment used for billing purposes.
- Rate Analysis
- Conduct thorough rate analysis for materials and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing to optimize project budgets.
Tender Filing :
- Manage the end-to-end tender filing process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
Site Work Plan :
- Utilize expertise in site work planning to develop comprehensive schedules.
- Coordinate with different teams to align activities and resources effectively.
Quality Control :
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify deviations from project specifications
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
