Site Engineer - Interiors/Architecture (2-3 yrs)
Good knowledge of interiors installations and fit-outs/partitions/plumbing and electrical works
Supervise and execute construction work at site
Manage labourers at site
Responsible for planning, marking out and levelling construction sites
Responsible for the procurement and management of construction materials
Project management abilities
Negotiate deals with suppliers/vendors
Liaising with third party stakeholders to keep them updated on the progress of the construction project
Managing the site facilities, and supervising construction workers on a daily basis.
Ensure health and safety at site
Strong multitasking, analytical, logical and interpersonal skills
Should be willing to travel
