Site Engineer - Residential Projects (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidates should be responsible for all activities related to Residential Project, Coordinate with various agencies deployed at site for civil / electrical / plumbing, or contractors PRWs to ensure smooth operations, Timely intimation of delays and bottlenecks if any, Optimum utilisation of departmental manpower, materials and machinery and maintaining records to the effect.
- Ensure that the works are being executed as per defined SOPs and approved quality standards, Preparation of Bar bending schedules, Manitaining cordial relations with site team, contractors, PRWs and vendors, Assist in generating material purchase requirement for the project and raising an indent for as per the project schedule, Preparation of contractor/PRW /vendor bills, Focus on cost reduction.
