Site Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

1) Plan, execute, and supervise all construction activities at the project site.

2) Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings for residential buildings.

3) Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

4) Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.

5) Conduct site inspections and ensure work is progressing as per design specifications and timelines.

6) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

7) Handle project budgeting, billing, and resource planning.

8) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

9) Resolve technical issues and address site challenges effectively.

10) Support in procurement of construction materials and subcontractor management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques and practices.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering standards and codes.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Minimum 5 years- experience

Site Supervisor:

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.

- Interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring proper implementation.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site workers.

- Ensure the quality of work, material approvals, and workmanship as per project standards.

- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Maintain daily and weekly progress reports, material consumption records, and labor reports.

- Enforce safety standards and protocols at the site.

- Manage and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays.

- Ensure cost-effective site operations and minimize wastage.

- Conduct site inspections and quality checks periodically.

- Liaise with the project manager regarding project planning and execution strategies.

- Guide and mentor junior site staff and labor teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in site supervision and civil project execution.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using construction management tools and MS Office.

- Knowledge of safety practices and statutory compliance.
