Job Description :

Role purpose

- Overall purpose of the job. This is a summary list of six to eight statements for key result areas where the role holder will have decision-making responsibilities.

- To ensure shop floor operations of ETP & SWI in compliance with site HSE standards.

- Provide first level support to Shift Teams of ETP & SWI.

- To ensure proper monitoring, treatment & discharge/incineration of industrial waste in compliance with site HSE standards & regulatory compliance.

- Plan & support asset maintenance to ensure capacity utilization.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

Accountabilities:

- Establishing HSEQ management system for achieving HSE objectives of the site

- Managing ETP operation as per HSEQ management system.

- For any scenarios that puts oneself as well as others to injuries /illness and Environment pollution.

- For implementation of ISO Environment Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015)

Responsibilities:

- To review ETP & SWI performance & ensure regulatory compliance, communicate to stake holders & ensure corrective action for deviations if any.

- Ensure that HSEQ & SAMACO systems are implemented & process deviation are reported.

- Prepare ETP&SWI monthly report & circulate to concern.

- Ensure PTW, MOC & IMS is followed in the shop floor.

- Ensure that the shop floor in ETP & SWI is aware of all the operational changes made in the department & in site from time to time.

- Plan & review maintenance activity & extend support for meeting timelines.

- Coordinate with manufacturing to understand production plan for planning at ETP& SWI plant operations.

- Review section KPI, plan for corrective action & communicate to Manager Environment.

- Ensure approved WI are in place, understood & implemented at shop floor.

- To provide guidance for testing & conclude on treatment of non-routine waste.

- Coach & ensure training to employees as per Department and site training matrix.

- Communicate capital & revenue requirement to Manager Environment.

- Review monitoring & data recording is done as per regulatory, site & operational requirements.

- Tracking of raw material inventory.

- Manpower management to ensure operational, HSE & regulatory compliance.

- Provide support to T&E for ETP process improvement projects.
