Site Head - High Rise Projects - Real Estate (10-22 yrs)
Job Profile :
- To assign key responsibilities to the team members for the execution of the project
- To ensure that all the resources including manpower & finance are available on time for the execution of the project
- To take periodic reviews on the progress of project.
- To develop and implement MIS for evaluation
- To ensure that all the parameters including quality standards related to the project are adhered to.
- To ensure that all the legal & statutory obligations of the company at the project sites are complied with.
- To be abreast with and communicate to the management on new technologies, work practices, government policies, trends in economy which promote or affect the company's business.
- To set the deadlines, initiate trouble shooting and ensure the achievements from the team members toward the execution of the project
- To motivate project teams and initiate the relevant actions towards the retention of talent.
- This is for a highrise project (60+ storeys) in South Mumbai with a premiere real estate developer.
