Title : Site Head - Operations

Location : North India

Reports to : Vice President-Operations

Skills required :

- Should be B.E/ B. Tech (Chem. pref.) with 18- 20 years experience in handling big API facilities - 250 to 800 metric tons capacity

- Good Understanding of Production procedure, Understanding of GMP

Job Summary : Overall responsibilities of entire plant operations.

Main Responsibilities :

- Enhancement of Customer satisfaction [85 to 90%] Reliability [95 to 100%].

- Planning of whole year work plan along with Operating Managers, Supply & Project Group.

- Monitoring of all investment with respect to operational need and proactive planning to meet work plan target.

- Monitoring of Monthly planning with Operating Managers.

- Monitoring efficiencies of the products with respective Operating Manager & Technology Excellence Head.

- Review of quality Trend analysis with Operating Managers, Manager Quality and analysis of Trend and its correlation with RM.

- Monitoring of yield/solvent recycling/improved production through SPC/KIT data with operating Manager / Technology Excellence Head.

- Cost competitiveness with Operation Managers & R&D Manager to maximize the yield based on sensitivity analysis.

- Compliance on account of GMP and online readiness.

- Proactive disposal of spent solvent and scrap to reduce hazard inside the premises.

- Compliance of all License of Commercial, Ecology & Safety, Engineering etc.

- Maintaining ZLD status and zero OSHO no.

- To get 2 to 3% unplanned down time by preventive and predictive maintenance and proper inventory of spare.

- Controlling the increase in manpower by Mechanization and optimum Atomization.

- Maximization of outsourcing activity to enhance the output without capital investment.

- To create leadership down-the line up to 4th level [Unit Manager Level].

- Focus on Energy Conservation.

- To keep the team motivated to reduce attrition.
