Site Incharge/Site Engineer (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for safe and smooth operation of WTP, ETPs at client locations that are being managed by AEL.
- Needs to have technical expertise to guide the O&M team available at site.
- Should have leadership capabilities to influence Operation and Maintenance functions to ensure smooth and successful operations of plants.
- Technical Expertise in Operating & Maintenance of UF, RO, MB, Cation and Anion.
- Should be sufficiently skilled in managing client relationships since this is a customer facing position. Also, sufficient commercial acumen.
- Managing the site team as well as interactions with customers for managing the spares and consumables at site, also co- ordinating with HO for Chemicals supply and keeping track of PR/PO.
