Site Manager - Civil E (4-10 yrs)
Site Manager:
A Site Manager is responsible for handling construction/interior projects at the site location. The main job is to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities in Simple Terms:
- Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise work done by contractors, vendors, and workers
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety rules
- Plan and track project schedules, material procurement, and site progress
- Monitor quality of civil, interiors, and MEP (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) work
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly progress reports with senior management
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or conflicts proactively
- Ensure materials are properly stored and wastage is minimized
- Support budget control by avoiding rework and tracking quantities
- Handle handover of the site to the operations/FM team after completion
Who This Role Is For:
- BE / B.Tech (Civil) candidates
- 4- 8 years of experience in civil & interior projects (MEP knowledge is a plus)
- Comfortable working on-site across Pan India locations
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
