Site Manager - Global Projects - Installation (8-15 yrs)
Responsible for Global projects installation, erection and commissioning, servicing and revamping of Plants.
- Planning for daily based site work, making site progress report, coordinating with clients.
- Checking foundation drawings as per standards.
- Planning for material resources, safety tools.
- Identified resources and requirement, assigned responsibilities and coordinated directly/indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Resolved, traced and escalated critical issues to minimize project risk factors.
- Reporting to site head and project head.
- After successful completion of project associated to help to client in order to train the team of production and to help them for product development.
- Associated to prove equipment to client for performance, functional and production tolerances.
- Associated to fulfil all clients need for product and process.
- Experience in handled installation, erection & commissioning of large plants globally.
