Profile Duties :
- Manage and supervise big team of skilled and unskilled labour.
- Keep check on work flow of project on day to day basis.
- Keep check on minimum targets of work completed on daily basis, focusing on project schedule.
- Coordinate and report site activities to senior officials.
- Implement company policies and code of conduct effectively with working teams.
- Should be capable of arranging skilled and unskilled labour on immediate basis to manage daily work targets.
- Arranging and managing resources at site locally.
- Coordinating effectively with fellow teams.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer and internet.
