Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Processing Plant in Dewas. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the project by coordinating with the client, internal teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the execution of the C&D plant, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal team to address project requirements and concerns.

- Coordinate with management to streamline communication and project updates.

- Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

- Identify and resolve any on-site issues, ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Also Considered: Diploma or graduate in a relevant field.

- Experience in waste management or related fields will be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
