We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineers for on-site execution and supervision of large-scale structural construction projects. 

- Positions are open for both Junior and Senior levels, based on experience. The role focuses on coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and achieving project milestones within defined timelines.

- The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising erection and installation activities, and coordinating with contractors, labour teams, and equipment operators for accurate and timely execution. 

- The role involves interpreting and implementing general arrangement drawings, erection drawings, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.

- Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules, while maintaining effective coordination with project management and client teams.

- The engineer will monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, track material usage, and support timely resolution of site-related issues. Proper material handling, storage, and inventory control at site are also critical aspects of this role.

- Candidates should possess strong technical understanding of structural erection processes, along with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing multiple stakeholders on site. Basic documentation and reporting skills are required to maintain project records and progress updates.

- The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline. Junior roles require 6 months to 1 year of site experience, while senior roles require 2 to 4 years.
