Job Title: Site Supervisor & Project Coordinator

Location: Goa & Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years total work experience, including 1 year in interior design projects

Educational Qualification: Graduation / Relevant Diploma (minimum 15 years of academic education)

License/Certification: Valid Driving License Required

Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate interior installation projects (primarily modular kitchens and wardrobes), ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction from project initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and internal teams for timely procurement and execution.

Site Supervision

- Oversee on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes in line with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
 
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets, track material and labor expenses, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Logistics & Reporting

- Organize and manage logistics including delivery, on-site storage, and inventory of tools/equipment.

- Maintain daily logs, prepare project progress reports, snag lists, and final handover documents.

- Problem Solving & Team Leadership

- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays.
