Job Description :
Skootr is looking out for a professional architect. The major roles for this position will be as follows :
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
- Advising clients.
- Producing detailed drawings.
- Knowledge of 3D designing is a must.
- Attending regular meetings with clients and other specialists.
- Co-coordinating the work of contractors and vendors.
- Making site visits to check on work-in- progress.
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
An architect should have the following skills :
- Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D).
- Be inventive and imaginative.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Be passionate about buildings and the built environment.
- Highly energetic and proactive.
