SkyBless - Area Manager - Technical (3-6 yrs)
The person should have 3 to 6 years experience in a techno-commercial field operations role.
- The job involves site survey, solar system design, shading analysis, carrying out techno-commercial discussions with customers/ prospects, O&M of distributed energy systems, collection, obtaining referrals and interfacing with the admin/ engineering teams of customer - Equipment Suppliers - DISCOMs.
- The job involves ensuring customer delight and top notch service delivery as per company norms.
- The person would be responsible for the the customer satisfaction or the net promoter score for the territory assigned.
- This is a field cum desk job and also involves supporting channel partners and training them.
Qualifications :
- Engineering or Science Graduate.
- MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
Note :
The company is in a start up phase and likely to remain so for some time and during this period it does not/ may not have any PF registration. The employees would also have to obtain a medical insurance on their own as the company would not have a group insurance policy for some time to come.
