Skyrams - Assistant Manager - Paint shop (5-10 yrs)
We need Asst. Manager - Paintshop for our manufacturing process . Minimum 5 years experience. Strong Paintshop department exposure to handle a team independently from Automotive industry.
Job description :
- Having a vast experience of Paint Shop Process.
- Daily paint production planning & execution.
- Ensure outgoing ED & sealer quality, maintained process parameters & conducted process audits.
- Analyse the Inbuilt quality and quality at customer end and action planning.
- Utilized problem-solving tools such as QC tools.
- Supervised the daily compilation of all losses; communicated Loss Analysis Report- to concern agencies for effective action planning.
- Do daily manpower planning, have experience in counselling of manpower.
- Have experience of handling team of more than 10 to 12 staff and more than 120 line manpower.
- Experience of working in CFT, Small group activity etc.
- Have good knowledge about the defects of paint shop.
- Good knowledge about Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning or PM activity in Paint shop.
- Maintaining and improving systems of ISO.
- Ensured promotion and implementation of safe working practices
