JOB PROFILE:

Major objective of this position would be as below:

1. Consolidate and maintain on-going automation in the factories.

2. To evaluate and recommend new automation projects and to oversee its implementation.

3. To develop a team of competent Engineers who can integrate robots in our systems and run the operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities :

Major responsibilities of this profile would be :

4. To prepare RFQ and to discuss with Vendors for developing Functional specification and layout.

5. Execute and monitor projects within time and cost parameters

Develop preventive maintenance schedules based on OEM recommendations and actual basis operations.

6. Periodic Review of Automation systems for Output loss, performance, Availability and Reliability.

7. To keep have continuous update on new concepts in Automation industry

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidature:

1. Candidate should be having minimum 10 years of total experience with specific exposure to large scale automation in Manufacturing Industry.

2. The candidate should have experience with floor automation, gantry automation, Robotics and should be familiar with trouble shooting of Drives, SCADA, PLCs and Electronic systems essential.

3. Experience in maintenance of AC/DC/Servo Motors, Transformers, AC/DC/Servo Drives, PCC, MCC and other control panels with PLC etc.

4. Candidate from Manufacturing / Engineering / Auto & Auto ancillary would be given priority.

5. The candidate should possess Knowledge and familiarity with the latest automation trends in the world.

6. Candidate must possess below mentioned skills:

Educational Requirements:

The candidate should be B. Tech. / BE. in Mechanical / Electrical.

Candidate with Post Graduate certificate/Diploma in Robotics would be preferable.
