SMT/EMS Quality Assurance Engineer (7-12 yrs)
Client: A Group Company of a well-established, public-listed Company in Microwave & RF products catering to Defense/Military & Aerospace manufacturing sectors.
Location: Hyderabad
Type of Position: Permanent- Designation will depend on the overall experience & Interview performance
Qualifications: Diploma/BE/BTech in ECE/Instrumentation/EEE OR MSc (Electronics)
Experience: 7+ yrs relevent experience in EMS industry
Package: Commensurate with the overall profile, experience & competence- will not be a constraint for the right person
Job Profile:
- Having Knowledge on yield calculation of products on a continuous basis and giving feedback to the production team for improving the yields.
- Knowledge on SMT Process & System Integration
- Technical Skill on continuous improvement projects DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S and 7 QC tools
- Having Knowledge on PPM & FPY level as per target given by management by doing improvement in process
- Having Knowledge on FMEA, Control Plan, FOD & ESD
- Facilitate production to resolve MRB / NCMR / RMA issues.
- Handling customer complaint and providing Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Actions (FRACAS) and 8D.
- Knowledge on conducting Floor Audits and Supplier Audit shall be carried out as required.
- Knowledge on New Product Introduction (NPI) & Validation of mass production build
