Role & responsibilities:

Planning:

- Develop and maintain detailed glazing installation schedules using planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). 

- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and fabrication teams to ensure readiness for installation.

- Review architectural drawings and specifications to determine glazing requirements.

- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely delivery of glass and glazing materials. Good Knowledge in Structural Glazing systems Unitized Curtain Wall Glazing. 

- Semi Unitized Curtain Wall Glazing. Spider Glazing ACP, Sheet & Tile Claddings. Structural Steels & PEB.

- Having experience in preparing Bill of Quantities Co-ordination with Production & Execution Team. 

- Ability to Prepare Project Schedules.

- Tracking of materials & Dispatches.

Estimator:

- Receive and review project enquiries from clients, analyse tender documents, and identify key requirements. 

- Prepare and submit pre-bid documentation and actively participate in pre-bid meetings to clarify project scope and specifications. 

- Coordinate with the design team. Coordinate with the planning and purchase departments to ensure materials are ordered within approved rates and quantities, maintaining adherence to the budget.

Designer:

- Experience in curtain walls, aluminium composite panels, various glazing systems, Doors & windows (Framed / Glazed Doors), skylights, Railings, parasol, shop fronts, sunshades, louvers, and stone cladding.

- Comprehensive design and execution knowledge on all glazing systems and cladding.

- Prepare project scheduling, Design development / rectification etc.

- Prepare structural calculations, Troubleshooting design inputs. Issue of production drawings, Tender drawings review. 

- Prepare / Review shop drawings, In-depth knowledge on all faade typologies, Prepare MTO for Projects.

- In-depth knowledge on unitized curtain wall. Attending technical meetings, Knowledge of various design standards & Thorough knowledge of Design software.

Preferred candidate profile: B.E/ B.Tech- Mech / B.Arch./ Diploma with minimum 3 5 years' experience in Facade Industry
