Sone India - Production Planning Control Role (4-7 yrs)
Knowledge of basic concepts on making monthly/ weekly/ daily production plans.
Knowledge of MRP/MDS/MPS function in ERP system.
Knowledge of SAP/ERP/ORACLE/BAAN/NAVISION.
Knowledge of generating PR/ROUTING/BOM/Kit supply system/generating production orders/generating work orders in system.
Knowledge of MTS and MTO/Safety stock methodology.
Knowledge of OTDS/OTIF.
Ensuring the timely material availability to the all production shops in order to achieve the targets.
Coordinating with all supporting departments R&D/Purchase/Production/ Quality/Stores to achieve planned vs actual within stipulated time.
Knowledge of ABC/FSN/RRS Concept defining / maintaining the optimum inventory level.
Knowledge on monitoring slow moving /dead stock/Obsolete items along with working on their liquidation plan.
Knowledge of process adherence to ISO 9001-2015 /EHS Standards.
Knowledge of Inventory Management function.
Candidate having wire & cable industries experience
