Sourcing & Procurement Engineer (8-10 yrs)
Arsenius Skill Capital is #hiring Sourcing and Procurement Engineers for a Developer in Residential & Commercial Projects.
Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)
CTC: up to 12 LPA
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil or Diploma
Requisite:
- Applicants with 8+ yrs of Relevant experience in BOQ-based costing, vendor development, material price negotiations, and ensuring timely supply of materials required for construction sites and interior works.
- Source and procure materials, services, subcontractors, and equipment as per project requirements.
- Maintain a strong vendor base for categories including civil materials, cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interiors, sanitary ware, fa- ade systems, modular solutions, and other project items.
- Conduct cost estimations and benchmark pricing based on current market rates in the real estate sector.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, price history logs, BOQ material sheets, vendor files, and contract documents.
