Spare Parts Manager - Automobile Industry (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Industry-relevant experience required with min. 3+yrs of experience working in a dealership
- Candidate from Spare parts industry would be a plus
- Leading and managing a team Quality goals, manage and introducing improvement activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of spare parts division
- Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to meet quality requirements.
- Initiation of corrective & preventive actions to resolve issues
- Continuously achieving Manpower efficiency deployed for quality function
- Monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization
- Ability to deal with and manage customers and suppliers.
- The candidate will be responsible for dealing with spare parts related queries and resolve them
- Good interpersonal skills, Self-starter
