Sparon Enterprises - Engineer - Plastic Parts Designing (5-6 yrs)
We are looking for Mechanical/Automobile engineers with experience in Automotive Trims for our client company in Chennai and Pollachi.
No of Positions : 5
Location : Chennai & Pollachi offices.
Term of contract is
Start date : 1st July,2019
End Date : 15th October,2019
Education Required : Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Automobile or equivalent from a reputed college
Key Competencies & Experience Required :
1. Expertise in designing plastic parts.
2. 5-6 years of experience in Automotive Trims such as Instrument panel, Center console, Door trims, Green house etc.
3. Should have good experience on injection molding, plastic part defects.
4. Ability to make mold concepts and provide optimized solutions.
5. Good working level experience in 3D CAD model & 2D CAD drawings in Catia V5 (Surface, Part, Assembly and Drawing Creation)
6. Should Have Good Experience on Concept development Preferably with Class-A Surface and expertise in working with Master Sections.
7. Knowledge in Sheetmetal is an added advantage
8. Good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Creation of 3D CAD Model in Catia with Class A Surface.
2. Concept Development with DFM, DFA and DFS.
3. Preparation of the technical section to develop the Design Surface
4. Assist with process and standards for technical design.
5. Must drive the given task independently.
