Job Duties :

- Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.

- Use intellectual and analytical abilities to further their development in the engineering profession.

- Attending meetings, seminars and workshops. 

- Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.

- Co-ordination with sites for the smooth functioning of projects. Traveling to different sites for client support, installation & commissioning of various projects.

- Supporting the HOD and other colleagues to foster professional values and build good relationships.

- Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

- Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.

- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.

- Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.

- Maintaining and updating MIS on real-time basis

- Keep proper records.

Requirements :

- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Having knowledge & prior experience in a technical field (CCTV installation, Fire and gas Detectors) would be advantageous.

- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

- Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.

- Analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Should be able to work independently and taking responsibilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Able to start work immediately.

- Able to commit long term.
