Position: Spot + Mig Welding Engineer

Job Description:

- Robot spot welding, Projection nut welding, Robot/ Manual Mig Welding, SSW, IT Gun, PSW Gun of MOTO MAN .

- Having knowledge of Robot Teaching and Robot Program Modification of Moto man & ABB Robot.

- Ability to solve the troubleshooting problem occur in robots .

- Also ability to solving autonomous maintenance problem related to jig and fixture.

- Carrying out 5S, Poke-Yoke and Kaizen activities for continuous Improvement in manufacturing lines.

- Sound knowledge APQP Documentation (Control Plan, PFMEA, PFD) .

- Daily Review of the Rejection, Rework status & taking permanent counter measure for avoiding reoccurrence.

- Responsibility of Daily production planning /SPM as per schedule.

- Maintaining the daily MIS & hourly Report, in process inspection, daily work sheet.

- Skill improvement of employees through job training to operators is given on awareness of the process and their implications on product, skill matrix charts.

- Production order creation and confirmation.

- Preparation of OEE of weld shop for spot and mig welding.

Desire Profile: -

- Qualification Candidate must Be Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production).

- Experience: 2-3 yrs

- Salary 2-3 lpa

- Location Halol
