- Qualification - B.E ( Mechanical /Automotive Engineering)

Candidates with experience in Motorcycle auto components designing are most preferred

- Design a variety of components and assemblies for new motorcycles, with consideration for manufacturability, assembly, durability, performance and quality.

- Create drawings (including GD&T) to international standards for components and assemblies for manufacture.

- Create schematics and tolerance stacks for design approvals.

- Taking designs from concept through to manufacture, including development and validation.

- Defining appropriate design targets and testing for components and systems.

- Creating drawings to International standards (including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

- Liaising with suppliers, both face to face and remotely.

- Dealing with internal and external manufacturing departments (Fabrication, assembly, paint, etc).

- Adhering to project schedules.

- Prepare status reports to management.

- Take part in design reviews with colleagues from various company departments.

- Experience in designing components for varying manufacturing methods (including casting, forging, and pressings)

and seeing them through to production.

- Experience in designing functional, structural and cosmetic components.

- Experience of 3D CAD software (Ideally Pro/Engineer).
