Sr. Manager - Sourcing & Supply Chain (18-27 yrs)
- BE in Mechanical Engineering Min 18 years..
- Should have experience in sourcing and supply chain of an engineering/automobile industry/MNC preferable.
- Should have experience in handling multiple location
- Should have past experience on handling multiple Managers
- Should have experience in supplier quality assurance
- Experience in sourcing of Tubes, Rounds, castings, forgings, machined components, fabrication, welding and sheet metal.
- Should have experience in global sourcing
- Able to drive the team to achieve cost reduction, supplier PPM, Supplier delivery performance and NPI .
- Able to drive sourcing strategy
- Hands on experience in identifying, evaluating and developing vendors with right quality, delivery and cost.
- Knowledge of costing is must.
- Experience in Cost Reduction/ Value Engineering Projects
- PPAP & TS exposure preferred
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in project management skill
- Working with cross functional team
- Should be a good negotiator, should know the basic negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, team player, self driving, high initiative
- Analytical ability to quickly reach the root-cause of a problem
