Job Description

Position Title: Sr Production Engineer/Asst Manager

Experience: - 5yrs

Location: Candidate's home town should be Mangalore & nearby locations.

Education: ITI/Diploma/BE

Reports to: Sr Manager-Operations

Mandatory skills required: CNC Programming & Setting is a must. G-codes & M-codes

Machining knowledge from any HMC/VMC/turning machines

Duties:

1. Machining Suppliers Development & Approval

2. Supply Chain activities

3. Preparing Production Plan & getting Production in time

4. Engineering -estimation for quotes, sub contract costing sheet

5. Developing Fixtures & gauges for the existing & New Projects.

6. Co-coordinating with all dep. (QC, Stores & Foundry) for getting the things in time.

7. Monitoring Both VTL & HMC Operators to get Max Output + Training.

8. Attending to Both Machines if any problem occurs & set right.

9. Pre-Machining works

10. Appropriate Dispatch Plan

11. Implementing 6S and TPM

12. Supporting store in Purchase Tool planning

13. Monitoring local vendor at Mangalore
