Sresta Natural Bioproducts - Executive - R&D (2-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Research and Development of new products in snacks, spices, condiments, and confectionery category.
- Engage in the entire Product Development Life Cycle.
- Research new and existing product performance for both company and competitor products.
- Support QC/QA team to carry out the Quality analysis on the product at different stages.
- Preparation of samples in coordination with inventory controller.
- Proficiency in gathering information about relevant ingredients for New Product Development and the techniques used to prepare Finished Goods from them.
- Execution of new product development activities including Formulation Development, Supporting Pilot & Plant Trials, Sensory Evaluation, Technology Transfer, Yield Study, R&D documentation (Specifications, Label mandatories, etc.) & Finalizing Packaging materials.
