Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our EPC projects in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing solar projects, with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the solar industry.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, installation, and quality assurance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of project management experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.

- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle in solar power plant installations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies in solar projects.

- Proven experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource management.

- Familiarity with various solar technologies and installation processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred) or a related field.
