Our fleet of 180+ Ambulances provide 24/7 emergency and medical transportation support across Hyderabad. We have received Seed Funding and are expanding our business with a focus and heavy investment in technology and people.

Job Description:

As Head of Operations, your responsibility will be to lead the Supply and Ambulance operations at StanPlus. You will lead a team of 12& growing, in Hyderabad.Your role will scale as the business expands in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh first, and thereafter nationally.Your areas of responsibilities would be:

- Your overall role is to handle operations on a daily basis, define and implement processes and technology needed for operations to scale across the country.

- You will be required to lead the Ambulance Operations Team, manage the StanPlus fleet, ensure availability of Ambulancesat all times,while meeting the standards established by StanPlus.

- You will supervise account/partner management and handle the field team.

- You will also lead the Customer Support for StanPlus, with key priorities; Ensure quality and timely response to all patient calls and smooth dispatch operations.

- Improve operational systems and processes- specifically better Management reporting, flow of information and standardization of practices.

- Monitor real time service levels and schedule adherences. Manage escalations as first point of contact.

- Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, quality initiatives and change initiatives.

- Ensure that all teams under you focus on Quality, Customer ServiceandProfitability.

- Lead cross functional teams using strong planning and inspire them to over achieve.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7 years of experience.

- Prior experience in Supply Operations, Operations Management, Logistics or related.

- Prior leadership experience to manage small or large teams.

- Structured problem solving ability, detail oriented and customer first attitude.

- The candidate should be willing to take up challenges and be a go getter.

- Possess strong negotiation and collaboration skills.

- Ability to multi task, manage multiple teams and establish priorities.
