Stanza Living - Coordinator - Logistics & Warehouse (4-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidate will be managing the overall 3PL performance & Logistics planning.
- Ensure day to day 3PL management regarding any disputes, finance issues, tech requirement etc
- Work with stakeholders across product and data team, as required
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Work with the operations leadership to finalize annual goals for the team and track the same on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis through the year
- Research and implement cost reduction opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Day in day out Warehouse management & coordination
- Dispatch planning
- Route planning & network designing.
- Data Analysis & Data based result driving.
- SOP adherence & implementation.
Who we are looking for :
- 4-6 years of logistics and operations experience
- Graduate (B. Com/B. Tech) or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM, M. Com, M. Tech) who has worked with logistics companies or ecommerce companies
- Prior experience in SCM, Operations and Logistics
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Office, Google Sheets, ERP- s, WMS
- Multiple Stakeholder management
