Key Responsibilities :


- F&B Management- managing office cafeteria with required Crockery, Cutlery & Consumables catering 1500 employees a day, planning menu, fests, Break-away Kiosks

- Event Management- managing & planning events with F&B set-up within office premises & outside venues for various Business

- LSA, R&Rs- set-up & F&B requirement

- Corporate F&B requirement - managing Corporate F&B requirement, set-up, lining up the appropriate Vendor as per the Corporate expectations

- Sports Lounge Set-up- managing F&B needs Pan India

- Pan India Annual Events- Diwali, Eid & Christmas F&B set-up & planning & execution

- Corporate Flash Events

- Bangalore Location Cafe- Set-up & menu planning

- IPL- Food & Service at all locations

- Sports F&B requirement all during the Live Telecast

- Managing Corporate Pantry with Consumables, Set-up, appropriate Training & deployment

- Adm in SPOC- managing & maintenance of the Corporate Floor, assisting CXOs offices for Corporate Gifting

- Pantry set-up for all floors with required consumables, Crockery & Cutlery Corporate

- Concierge Services at Office for employees at Mumbai & Gurgaon

- Front Office- Recruiting, Managing & Training the Executives to attend Guests for all Businesses & VVIP Guests for the Corporate

- Diwali Decoration of the office

Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation, More than 5 years of experience


Knowledge And Skills : Proficiency in use of software tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently under high pressure instances and easily adapting to new assignments, systems, tools.
